Problematic triangles

Heya, first time posting, and in fact first time sculpting since last night. I thought I'd seek an answer from more experienced people, what I'd imagine would be a rather basic 'problem' I came across.

Namely, I seek to do -relatively- sharp corners, but not razor-sharp, with a smooth transition from one angle to the other. Yet, no matter how much I try, reducing or adding triangles, and smoothing the bugger out, wrinkles and indentations just won't go away:

My closest guess is I'd either have to do it manually, cleaning up and moving every vertice individualy until it looks decent, or, just spend a ton more time on it... I'm currently using Sculptris and I ran out of ideas what I could do to make the process easier.

Thanks!
